This will depend on the method you are using, as each method has its own restrictions. On average, we recommend 5-7 wefts per row.

18” wefts are 15 grams per weft.
22” wefts are 20 grams per weft.

Absolutely! Frankly, we encourage it to create the perfect blend for your clients. Lightening is not recommended as that will affect the longevity of the wefts. If you need guidance with coloring wefts, visit WEFT LAB.

The longevity of the wefts will depend on how they are treated in the salon and of course, the at-home care of the client. On average, we find that the wefts last 6 months with proper care.
Shipping + Returns

All orders will be processed within one to two businesses day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.
The tracking number is the best way to follow your shipment and get updates.
Merchandise is shipped separately and will be processed within 2-5 business days.

Orders will be shipped via UPS and rates range depending on the speed of delivery and where you are located. All hair products will be shipped from Colorado.
All Merchandise will be shipped separately. Shipping charges vary if you are purchasing hair and merchandise together.

Standard shipping within the US takes 2-5 business days once the order is processed. All hair product orders will be processed within one to two businesses day. All orders purchased before 1pm MT will be processed same day Monday - Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday / Sunday will be shipped on Monday.At checkout, you can select express shipping which will be 1-2 business days, depending on where you live.
All merchandise is shipped separately and will deliver within 2-5 business days.

Yes! At the moment, we offer international shipping to Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. If you are international and are interested in Mourning Hair, please email us at support@mourninghair.com.

We do not accept returns.
However, we will happily exchange a customer’s hair extensions providing that the hair extensions have not been worn or tampered with. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the product if you are wanting to exchange any items.Customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping. Please email us at admin@mourninghair.com to start the exchange process.

Any reactions caused by bleaching, lightening, or treating the extensions with chemicals will not be covered under our warranty policy.

Register online by submitting your cosmetology license and information and one of our team members will review your submission. Once it has been approved, you will receive email notification.
Set up your account and shop till you die!

Once your submission has been approved, you will receive an email notification providing further instructions on how to set up your account. Then you will be able to shop till you die!

Yes but we do require you to be a licensed stylist. We will ask for a copy of your cosmetology license when creating your account.
